Sonya, Heather and I really enjoyed finally getting to see your show at the Den! (it really *is* a den, isn't it?) Always it is great to see you, any where, but I was glad to finally see NO Madic in action at the den. Also loved to get in a little visit. And it was pretty fun to have all the dancers in the audience pulled in for a bit of dancing with ya.

Mon, March 31, 2008 - 2:26 PMThe workshop? It was fun! And informative. Shannon and Kate did a great job of organizing the event. We were sooo tired on Saturday night after that busy full day. Sunday was a more gentle day but still plenty of action. Carolena is very approachable and I think that is important. She and Meg really do teach well as a team. Even though Sonya and I have been 'tribal' dancers for a while, we both still got a lot from the classes. You never stop learning, really!

Tue, April 1, 2008 - 9:25 AMThe workshop was good. I loved the visualizations and catch phrases that Carolena and Megha came up with. I hope I can remember them! I didn't take notes because that distracts me and I tend not to understand my notes if I refer to them again anyway. It was a good group of dancers that participated, too! Everyone was really nice!
Now I'm tired! I caught a respiratory infection a couple of weeks ago and I could use some down time!
